He believes that chlorella and cilantro makes you worse and can be potentially dangerous, because as you take it and it’s levels diminish in your blood, the mercury becomes loose and is mobilized, freely to move and distribute into places most vulnerable. I have just learned of this myself and at best it is good to look into mercury detox more in detail.

yes I got headaches too while doing cilantro , I have read tha this is the “drawing ” affect ? MY reseaqrch as shown me you also need to be using chlorella while on any of these “Metal chlelators ” Cilantro , dmsa , dmsa, NCA. I also have found recommendations for support with alpha lipoic acid
